Venue/location fees
Any venue or location (studio, park permits, etc.) fees are paid by the client. I can coordinate booking based on availability.
travel
Travel is $0.60/mile beyond 30 miles of Tulsa; out-of-state travel includes airfare, rental car, and lodging.
add people
Add a friend, parter, or family member for $15 per person, with posing included.
Extra location
Add a second location for variety. Includes travel and 1 additional hour of shooting for $100.
turnaround time
Expedited editing available for $50, with delivery within 5 days of the shoot.
photoshoot duration
Additional shooting coverage is available for $75 per hour.
clothing rental
$30 fee to rent an article of clothing; selection required 2+ months before session.
Premium retouching
Retouching for selected photos (skin smoothing, stray hairs, etc.). $25 per photo.
Physical products
You can purchase prints, cards, and more from the gallery store, after delivery.

TIME
LOCATION GUIDE
policies
Cancellation
Sessions may be canceled up to 3 days before the scheduled date. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled session. Payments made within 3 days of the session are non-refundable.
rescheduling
Rescheduling is allowed based on the photographer's availability. Advance notice is appreciated to secure your preferred date.
deposit & payment
A non-refundable deposit is required at booking to secure your session date and time. Deposit amounts vary by session type and are applied toward your total balance.
A final invoice, including the remaining balance and any additional add-ons, will be sent 3-5 days before your session. Payment plans with smaller installments may be arranged upon request.
Weather
Your comfort and experience matter. If severe weather arises, we'll communicate and reschedule as needed. Light clouds or overcast skies are often ideal for photos and will not require rescheduling.
Late Arrival
Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to stay on schedule, with the full session fee still applying.
Creative Style & Editing
My editing style is true-to-color, natural, and consistent with the work shown in my portfolio. By booking, you trust my artistic vision, including composition, posing, guidance, and final edits. Specific edit requests beyond my standard style may be accommodated as an add-on.
FAQ
will you help with posing?
Absolutely. I provide posing guidance, prompts, and direction throughout the session so you can relax and enjoy the experience.
Do you edit all of the photos?
I carefully go through and edit the strongest images from your session to match my signature style. Only fully edited images are delivered. RAW/unedited files are not included.
Can I bring outfit changes or props?
Yes! You're welcome to bring outfit changes or meaningful props. I'll help guide what works best within your session time to keep everything relaxed and intentional.
A portable changing tent can be provided upon request.
What if I feel awkward or camera-shy?
This is totally normal! Most of my clients feel this way at first. You don't need any experience. I'll guide you through natural prompts and movement so nothing feels stiff or forced.
